THERE are not many high-profile fashion designers chrome hearts eyeglasses who would volunteer to become the poster girl for their own new make-up range.
But Scots designer Louise Gray has never been afraid of standing out from the crowd.
Famed for her love of bright colours, Louise, 30, admits she enjoys expressing her personality through make-up just as much as she does through clothes.
So when the high street fashion chain Topshop approached her to work with them on launching their first make-up collaboration, she jumped at the chance.
The designer, who was born and grew up in Fraserburgh, used her own bold make-up tastes as her inspiration for the collection.
And so it should perhaps come as no surprise that the striking face with turquoise-coloured eyebrows and blue glitter beauty spot being used to promote the range is none other than Louise’s.

hearts eyeglasses sale of Art before completing her MA at Central Saint Martins in London, said: “I am all about free expression. I always style things up my own way and it’s the same with my make-up.
“Sometimes I do a multi-coloured cheek and bright pink lip, and the next day it’s a blue eye and a giant red beauty spot.
“I love working with Topshop and to be the first to do a make-up collaboration with them really appealed to me.
“They asked me after seeing how I wear make-up, so it’s great to be able to offer to customers an accessible piece of what I do.
“When we started designing I really thought about what kind of things I’d want in my make-up bag and went from there.
“The make-up was all based on what I wear already – electric blue eye-liner, bright red and pink lipstick and lots of colour.
“The main thing I wanted was for it to be super fun.”
